What Is Illuminate?
To celebrate the Diamond Jubilee of the Stewarts Trust, Burnby Hall Gardens & Museum have engaged Illuminate Design to transform the Gardens into a magical panorama of lights, reflections and colours this winter. This is the first time we have ever staged a winter lights event in the Gardens, and it promises to be a unique and wonderful experience.
Using their professional expertise in lighting similar venues across the country, the Gardens will be transformed into a cascade of brilliant lights and colours from Monday to Saturday each week commencing Friday 29th November and concluding Saturday 21st December.
There will be a designated illuminated walk around the Gardens with several of our themed Garden areas being specially designed to provide additional “wow” moments as you walk along.
The Lilypad Café will be operating from the marquee each evening providing soups, jacket potatoes, hot drinks, mulled wine and cider, sweet treats and much more!
